120° hinge for larger door returns – also in stainless steel

The 1032 programme 120° hinge from EMKA provides a weld-on alternative for larger prominent (or lay-on) cabinet doors with a return of 22mm or 26mm.

The 1032 is produced in zinc plated steel or in AISI 304 stainless steel for direct welding in place prior to paint processing.

If preferred, a weld stud mounting version can be supplied. With an eye to production and door removal on site the 1032 is provided with a circlip retained hinge pin.

Installation of the 1032 is concealed behind the door flange for security and aesthetic appearance; this also permits 120° opening even for side-by-side cabinets.

Meanwhile, the small form factor EMKA 1150 programme swinghandle is now available from FDB Panel Fittings. This product is suitable for enclosures and smaller cabinets where door space is limited but IP65 sealing is required.

The 1150 offers greater resistance to vandalism and added safety by virtue of its low profile design, which incorporates an ergonomic pop-out swinghandle.

Despite its small size the 1150 maintains a high level of security within a modular rod locking arrangement which also permits up to three point locking for even gasket pull-down.
