Eurobond Adhesives Ltd have launched a new addition to their electrically conductive range of adhesives. Elecolit 3653 is a single component silver filled, highly flexible and solvent free electrically conductive epoxy adhesive. This flexibility makes it ideal for applications that are subject to vibration or rapid temperature changes and thermal shock. Elecolit 3653 can be thermally cured in five minutes at 150ºC or twenty minutes at 110ºC. It will also withstand operating temperatures of -40º C to +180 ºC. Stored at 5ºC Elecolit 3653 will have a shelf life of six months.
Elecolit 3653 can be processed either by dispenser, stamping or screen printing.
