Compact as never before, Exact8 distributors can route a maximum number of signals in the smallest possible space. Components in the new generation of M8 distributors have a two-row ultra-slim design at only 30mm wide.
The Exact8 family has a large number of variants. The range covers 4-way to 10-way distributors in 3 and 4-pole versions. They are available with permanently encapsulated power cord (3, 5 & 10m long) or with a hood that is quick to fit and connect without the use of tools.
Many Exact8 customers fit the distributor base module directly on the machine. The mating part is integrated in the switch cabinet. To commission the Exact8 distributor, just plug it together and the machine is up and running. The plug system also has decisive benefits when it comes to servicing or transportation. Since there are two mounting holes drilled "inline" at the top and sides of Exact8 distributors, they offer a wide range of installation options.
The Exact8 housing material is fully PUR-encapsulated (IP67) giving a high level of protection against shock, vibration, and failure.
