Spring-release hinges are easy to install

WDS Component Parts has released a range of spring-release hinges for applications that require a quick mechanism for releasing or opening.

The design combines a hinge and a spring loaded pin in a standard piece of hardware that is easily installed and then removed, as necessary, without the need for tools. Products are available in mild steel and stainless steel and are manufactured in the UK by WDS.

As with all of its standard products, 2D and 3D CAD drawing are available to download from the WDS website. A complete online catalogue is available, which features descriptions and images of all of WDS’s 20,000+ product range.
