The ET sensor is suitable for high temperature environments and can deliver up to 0.005mm resolution when used in combination with a suitable controller, and linearity deviation of less than 0.02% (full scale). The small rod sensor can be integrated directly into a cylinder, with rod length from 50mm to 3,000mm. ET sensors are IP68 protected and an ATEX certified version is available.
