RS Components, leading distributor of Electronic, Electrical, Electromechanical and Industrial Components, has introduced over 700 new products to the existing range of over 2000 power supplies, creating the RS Power Supply Solutions offer.
These additions address the market trends in Power Supplies to demand higher wattage and power density. The new products span over 16 Power Supply technologies including intelligent digital control, embedded, open and enclosed frame, “Power over Ethernet”, DC-DC converters, “Intermediate Bus Architecture” and energy efficiency.
The launch features products from 17 major suppliers in total and introduces 6 new manufacturers to the RS offer: Tyco Electronics, Enpirion, Phihong, Ideal Power, Chinfa and Excelsys.
These new products build on RS’ existing comprehensive range to provide customers with the best choice of Power Supply Solutions in the marketplace.
This is the fourth Technology Solution introduced by RS. Previous Solutions included Displays, Wireless and Solid State Lighting.
