MiniTec parts build custom workstation with lifting door

This custom workstation was built for a medical company requiring a height adjustable working area that could also become enclosed when required.

Complete with ESD work surface, adjustable workplace lights and an operator control panel to set the workstation to specific User and product settings.

The design takes advantage of the grooves and cable channel features of the MiniTec profile, allowing power and pneumatic lines to be discretely routed around the system and providing a single secure mounting point for airflow devices.

The workstation also has swivel castors and lock brakes to allow for easy movement and final positioning around the factory to meet the flexible manufacturing environment requirements.

Two lifting columns offer 400mm stroke (vmax = 9mm/s) for adjustable height positioning with control via a hand sensor complete with control display and memory function.

This particular project was designed and delivered for final installation by the customer.
