Schnable cable management products now available in the UK

Schnabl's time-saving pipe and cable fastening system is now available in the UK. These ‘drill, fasten and finish’ products are claimed to save installers up to 60 percent of working time.

Designed for pipe and cable installation, the fixings simply insert into 6mm drill holes and an ingenious locking system holds them firmly in place, with no requirement for cable trays. They are small and light but very strong, and installers can carry all they need in a small pack.

The novel design of the expansion component means that when under tension, the fastening elements are securely retained in place, withstanding a pull-out force of up to 40kg.

The Schnabl range features over 200 products. Alongside the universal Euroclip, the system includes cable holders and a clip system for buried installations.

The fittings can be installed in lightweight materials like gypsum plaster board, insulated ceilings and the like. One drill size is all that's needed and no special tools are required.

Schnabl products are certified according to IEC 61386-25 and all products are recyclable and reusable.

Schnabl will be launching its product range at the Austrian High Commission, London on 25 March 2015.
