Passive distribution box simplifies AS Interface network installation

With Murrelektronik's new MASI68 bus/power distribution box, you can design your AS Interface networks in the field even more flexibly and easily.

With a 5-pole 7/8in connection, the external power supply is fed with 2 x 8A. This makes it possible to create two isolated release circuits for actuators. The AS-Interface bus is connected via an M12 male connection, the maximum total current being 4A.

The distribution box routes AS Interface and external power via three M12 ports to connect the AS-Interface lines. This means you can connect AS-Interface and 4A external power to each port.
