Designed for use while submerged in fresh water, most corrosive liquids and gases, RDP’s D5 transducer series offers micron accuracy and can be sealed to withstand pressures up to 34 bar. Smallest in the range is the D5/40W with a diameter of 8mm, 41 mm in length and a calibrated range of ±1mm, with other versions also available up to ±12.5mm.
Thanks to the rugged LVDT technology they have a high cycle life, excellent accuracy and repeatability with the added advantage of being an absolute device with infinite resolution.
Options include unguided and spring operated versions and a choice of end (axial) or side (radial) connections.
