Firstsight Vision announces the uEyeLE series of extremely compact, low-cost cameras designed specifically for non-industrial image processing applications. Part of the uEye family of affordable
cameras equipped with a USB interface, the LE series can readily be interfaced with a vast variety of systems. Manufactured by IDS, uEyeLE cameras are ideal for applications in microscopy, medical and
security technology.
Available in board level and plastic housing variants for added versatility, the uEye LE series feature a range of 7 high-performance CMOS sensors ranging from Wide VGA resolution at 752 x 480 up to 5 mega pixel resolution. All resolutions are available in colour with some models also available in monochrome.
Key features include long term exposure, binning and region of interest readout for increased sensitivity and frame rate capabilities.
