Micromech's Alpha IQ smart planetary gearboxes are a variant of the successful Alpha SP+ and TP+ ranges. Depending on type, these units can measure and monitor torque, radial forces, speed or temperature. Combinations of these variables are also possible. Each sensor gearhead is fully compatible, both mechanically and geometrically, with standard Alpha products and offer similar performance in terms of positioning accuracy, synchronism, smooth running, and so on.
