Precision components inspected in full HD 1080p

Vision Engineering has introduced a full HD 1080p digital inspection system for machined, turned or cast precision components.

VisionZ2 utilises the power of full-HD (1080p) digital imaging in a compact, high quality design, with integral image capture via USB.

The system allows operators to inspect, manipulate, or rework ‘live’ without image lag or delay, then simply click to capture an image to USB, with no need for a separate PC. VisionZ2's image rate is up to 60 frames per second. It offers a large field of view and zoom magnification options up to 122x.
