New system reduces industrial network deployment time by up to 75 percent

Panduit has introduced a novel approach to the deployment of a manufacturing network that reduces installation time and saves operational costs.

The Integrated Network Zone System enables seamless communications between control rooms and the manufacturing floors within industrial facilities. Available in three configurations, the System includes an Allen-Bradley Stratix Industrial Ethernet Switch from Rockwell Automation for faster deployment and superior management and diagnostics.

The System is pre-assembled in a NEMA rated 4/12 enclosure with structured cabling and cable management integrated together using proven design and installation best practices. The CE approved system also includes Allen-Bradley uninterruptible power supplies installed behind a touch-safe protective cover. The Integrated Network Zone System:

-delivers up to 75% reduction in deployment time
-localises network traffic to improve resiliency
-is engineered, tested and validated for optimal performance
-enables safe access and protection from electrical shock
