Apparently, there is a growing demand for heating elements applied to glass, rather than ceramic substrates, so CorinTech is taking advantage of this by offering a special manufacturing service called Heaters on Glass (HOG). The company has selected ESL 3100 series resistor inks combined with ESL 590G palladium silver conductor as the optimum materials system. These inks have excellent adhesion to soda-lime glass, are easy to process and produce repeatable results. Meanwhile, the heater elements have a wide range of resistor values and power densities up to 16W/cm2.
