HBM is now offering a standard service at customers’ sites to re-calibrate its advanced TTS transfer torque wrenches. Transfer torque wrenches must be properly calibrated to meet ISO 9000 standards for traceability as they are used to reference check and calibrate torque wrench calibration systems. The calibration service can be carried out at an agreed date for the customer’s convenience. The TTS transfer torque wrench is available from HBM in five sizes with nominal (rated) torques of up to 3kNm. It is insensitive to lateral and axial forces as well as bending moments.
