Customised and optimised sensors for use in harsh environments

Morgan Advanced Materials can now offer products for use in demanding applications, including liquid and gas flow measurement and level/distance detection.

Morgan's ultrasonic level sensors for liquids are tolerant of contamination from particles, ice crystals, foam and fluid opacity. They are also tolerant of high levels of shock and vibration, extreme pressures and prolonged immersion in aggressive fluids.

Morgan is able to work closely with customers who require harsh environment products, from concept and preliminary trial phases through to optimisation and qualification phases.

Morgan Advanced Materials has its own assembly, integration and test facilities, so harsh environment technologies can be tested, optimised, and characterised across wide operational conditions to make sure that the precise requirements of each customer are met.
