Now with more profile sizes, connecting elements and accessories, the newly extended HepcoMotion MCS System includes many new sections among the light and super-light options, as well as smooth-sided profiles for clean room applications. All new products are fully compatible with the company’s newly launched MFS machine fencing and enclosure building system.
Aluminium profile sections are now available from 20/20mm to 80/160mm, with 6mm, 8mm and 10mm standard T-slot options. As the sections are based on 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 45mm, 60mm, 80mm and 90mm aluminium profile families, MCS is readily interchangeable with many other manufacturers’ systems. New flexi-connectors allow strong and rigid joints to be created at any angle with the facility for adjustment, should the need arise.
Profiles can now be colour powder coated to a chosen RAL number, and there is also an extensive range of polycarbonate infill panels in either transparent or coloured finishes, as well as wire mesh panels. Non-standard, steel, aluminium or wood panels may also be specified. MCS systems can be supplied fully assembled, in flat pack kits or simply cut to length, and linear slides from HepcoMotion’s extensive range can also be pre-mounted on many of the profile sections.
Component designs are available for download in 3D CAD formats, and a full parts list is provided with all MCS quotations to ensure accurate specification.
