Watson-Marlow Bredel has introduced a standard five-year warranty to its 520, 620 and 720 peristaltic pump ranges, providing an extension to the existing three-year guarantee. Available on all pumps within the ranges, the new warranty covers everything except misuse and consumables, and offers free of charge collection prior to repair or replacement. If the product requires repair, customers have the option to take advantage of the company’s ‘EXCHANGEexpress’ service, which provides a replacement pump the next day.
