EAO, the UK representative for Sanyo Denki, has introduced a dc cooling fan measuring a compact 150mm sq x 50mm thick. The SAN Ace 150 is 40% lighter than comparable fans thanks to an astute new design combining a scaled down motor with a plastic frame. The compact and lightweight SAN Ace 150 also features a new blade and frame design that guarantees performance equivalent to and exceeding that of larger, high performance products. Maximum air volume is 8.54 m3/min and the noise level is 61dbA .
The SAN Ace 150 delivers further operational efficiencies achieved through Pulse Width Modulation Control technology. This allows the rotational speed of the fan to be managed to minimise unit power consumption and noise.
