Calex Electronics has added the new encapsulated 23000 series to its range of linear regulated power supplies. Four models are offered, with outputs of 5, 12, 15 or 24 volts dc. Each has an output tolerance of ±5% off load, and all models provide an output of 6W, except for the 5V 23005 unit which has a 5W output. This new series offers tight line and load regulation of 0.5 % on most models, with an output ripple of less than 5mV rms.
These power supplies use industry standard pin configurations and dimensions, allowing easy installation as upgrades or replacements for existing units.
An operating temperature range of up to 40 ºC without derating and up to 70 ºC derating linearly to 20%, allow these robust units to be used in most environments.
