Digital View display controller supports resolutions up to 2560 x 1600

Ginsbury has introduced an advanced LCD controller from Digital View, the SVX-2560 LCD controller, that is capable of driving LCD panels up to 2560 × 1600 and will also drive large OLED panels.

The Digital View SVX-2560 is a professional class, high definition display controller able to drive  display panels with resolutions up to 2560 × 1600 (at 60Hz) and 1920 × 1080 (at 120Hz). Dual digital display interface outputs, 4-channel LVDS and Embedded DisplayPort (eDP1.2), are featured. The SVX-2560 supports up to 10-bit RGB colour data, providing a colour palette of 1.06 billion colours.

The SVX-2560 board has mechanical dimensions measuring 179.07mm (w) x 120.4mm (h) x 1.2mm (d) and features DVI-D, HDMI and VGA input connectors and a 12V DC power input header. The  extensive command and feature set can be accessed over Ethernet or RS-232.  The controller has full compatibility with monitoring accessories such as Digital View's DisplayMark controller and provides all the functionality of the existing Digital View SVX-1920 controller.

Wide ranging panel support together with the option of a harsh-environment version, the HX-2560, ensures suitability for many varied display applications. The SVX-2560 can be used as a LCD and OLED display driver board interface solution for applications in AV and broadcast, digital signage, medical imaging, industrial, public information and gaming systems.
