Watson-Marlow Bredel has introduced a standard five-year warranty to its 520, 620 and 720 peristaltic pump ranges. The new warranty provides an extension to the existing three-year guarantee, and is available on all pumps within the ranges. The new warranty covers everything except misuse of the pump and consumable items, and offers free of charge collection prior to repair or replacement. If the product is to be repaired, customers have the option to take advantage of Watson-Marlow Bredel’s 'EXCHANGEexpress' service, which provides a replacement pump the next day.
