Secure connections at the flick of the wrist

Eisele has introduced a high-quality stainless steel quick-release connector with anti-kink protection.

Eisele's Series 20 Basicline offers a range of different quick-release connectors made of brass. They feature a high flow rate in a compact design and can also be connected and disconnected under pressure with no loss.

The company has now introduced a stainless steel version for cooling water applications. It features a union nut for a secure connection and anti-kink protection on both connector ends to ensure uninterrupted flow - especially important in certain welding systems, for example.

An additional seal on the connector not only facilitates connection and disconnection, but also offers good anti-twist protection. Two-sided shut-off ensures a safe and loss-free connection. The coupling is available for hoses with outer diameters of 6, 8 and 10mm.

The union nut is available in black anodised aluminium or nickel-plated brass. When tightened, this provides a solid and secure connection to prevent accidental disconnection.
All other parts of the connector, especially all media-contacting parts, are made of stainless steel 1.4301, for high resistance to corrosion, long life and easy cleaning.

The seals are of FPM but for more demanding applications (particularly with respect to temperature resistance), Viton seals can be supplied.
