Measuring amplifier optimises production and testing

HBM has introduced the PMX industrial measuring amplifier to facilitate rapid integration in a wide variety of production and testing processes by delivering an extensive range of web-supported operating options.

HBM has developed the PMX measuring amplifier system to ensure quality assurance and system integration in industrial production and in end-of-line test benches. All production data can be accessed via a password-protected web browser interface using an Internet-capable end device.

The system gives users an overview of the production or testing process while ensuring maximum security. Remote maintenance has been simplified through the reliable combination of Ethernet technologies and Internet.

The PMX industrial measuring amplifier can be rapidly parameterised using an upgradable sensor database in the data acquisition software. Measurements during start up and for quality control can be immediately visualized and recorded. HBM also supplies a free driver package to simplify integration with existing software.
