Ceetak now offers a custom design and production service for special-purpose rubber seals and gaskets, with free design and rapid prototyping available to customers. The company offers technical advice and practical assistance to customers on issues ranging from material selection to the best sealing profiles, compression sets, groove sizes and assembly techniques. Once prototyped and tested, Ceetak can produce the seals in volume, in a range of materials, including silicones, NBR, perfluoroelastomers and HBNR.
