Ceetak has produced a highly fluorinated seal material, which combines
the chemical stability of perfuoroelastomers with superior elastic
properties. The Hifluor range, which takes advantage of this new compound
includes UHP grades for semiconductor applications, ED-resistant variants
for the energy, oil and gas sectors and FDA-compliant seals for the food
and pharmaceuticals industries. The compound offers a wide operational
temperature range (-25 to 260°C), good temperature stability and low
compression set.
