Carlo Gavazzi's new ATEX approved EX magnetic proximity sensor comes in two formats: rectangular plastic bodied and cylindrical stainless steel bodied, supplied with a protective metallic sheath or shielded halogen free and flame retardant cable. In addition, there's a range of type 316 stainless steel bodied spherical or cylindrical float level sensors, and like the proximity sensors are offered with the option of normally-open, normally-closed or change-over output functions.
