TEKO has introduced the ‘STRUMENTALIA’ instrument enclosures series. These versatile ABS enclosures have been designed for housing desktop and portable electronics. Typical applications will include test and measurement devices, point-of-sale terminals, medical and wellness devices, machine controllers etc. The cases are available in two different styles, the standard rectangular instrument cases with or without a bail arm, and the ‘PULPIT’ style cases with sloping top panel and display area.
The standard cases consist of a top and a base moulding, two side location mouldings, and two ABS front panels. The cases are assembled by four fixing screws which also locate the moulded case feet. The ‘’PULPIT’ cases differ by having a sloping top panel which can be specified with or without a display window aperture. The keypad and display areas are recessed to aid mounting of membrane keypads or product labels.
A range of seven standard models is available with external dimensions of 268 mm x 216 mm, and heights of 63, 76, 89, 95 and 108 mm. All models are moulded in light grey or black ABS (UL 94 HB).
TEKO can supply the ‘STRUMENTALIA’ enclosures with additional holes for push-buttons, connectors and displays etc., plus silk-screen printed legends and logos. The cases can also be moulded in alternative colours. Prices start at £28.25.
