Tsubakimoto releases new range of shaft-hub locking devices

Tsubakimoto Chain has launched a new range of Power-Lock shaft-hub locking devices. The range covers a large number of shaft sizes and peak torque values, and is available in both stainless steel and electroless nickel-plated finish.

Tsubaki first developed these products in 1978 and has been improving the design and expanding the application range ever since. Although available in Asia for some time, these products have only recently been made available to the European market and are fully supported by the Tsubaki technical sales and service network.

The complete range is supported by a comprehensive catalogue which gives full specifications of each series and a complete selection guide to help customers select exactly the right product for their application. In addition, the catalogue includes full dimensional information for each model and detailed installation and removal instructions to ensure an exact fit and reliable operation.

The Power-Lock range is available to fit shaft sizes from 5mm up to 500mm and able to transmit up to 555kN of torque. The complete line up includes the versatile AS series, a high torque variant, the ADN series as well as low profile and nut locking alternatives.
