Ergonomic ‘POCKET 121’ keyfob enclosures from TEKO

TEKO has introduced the ‘POCKET 121’ series of ergonomic ‘leaf’ shape cases for housing remote control devices. The cases consist of several parts: the top and base mouldings, which clip together and are secured by a single self-tapping screw, and the push-button caps. The base moulding has a formed area for fitting a 12V battery.

The cases are moulded in black ABS (UL 94 HB). Three models are offered with one, two or three push-button apertures. These are supplied with one blue, one blue and one grey, and one blue and two grey rubber push-button caps. All cases feature an LED aperture on the top panel which can be used to indicate unit operation.

‘POCKET 121’ cases have external dimensions of 56 mm x 35 mm x 13mm. Internal mounting studs are provided for fitting the PCB. A location pillar at the bottom end of the enclosure is designed for fitting a key ring or chain.

TEKO can supply the ‘POCKET 121’ enclosures with additional holes for push-buttons etc. The cases can also be moulded or painted in alternative colours. Standard prices start at £3.03.
