New EtherCAt and SERCOS compatible connectors from Turck Banner

Turck Banner has introduced both SERCOS and EtherCAT compatible connectors and junction cables, developed by its cable and connector specialist, Escha.

The cat5e cable and M12x1 housing style (4 pole, male, straight/right-angle) and RJ45 (4/8 pole, male, multiport capability) guarantee optimum network utilisation. The connectors feature Escha’s patented 2SSK shielding technology, and protection classes IP67, IP68 and IP69K are available.

The connectors and junction cables for EtherCAT applications are available in M12x1 (4 pole, male/female, straight/right-angle), RJ45 (4 pole/8 pole, male), M8x1 (4 pole, male/female, straight/right angle) housing styles. These also benefit from Escha’s 2SSK technology.
