For fast and easy assembly of plastic parts without tooling equipment, special fasteners with threads in fir-tree form are available for fixing. This technique - fir-tree clip assembly - has the benefit of repeatable use.

Gesipa's blind rivet nut studs with coarse thread have the advantages of easy and fast assembly and avoid the adverse thermal effects and environmental drawbacks of welding. Moreover, no re-work is necessary once the fastener has been set.

These fasteners can be installed using Gesipa's blind rivet nut and stud setting tools using a simple conversion kit.
