High Pressure Transmitters from Delta Controls to 100 bar

Delta Controls offers both analogue and digital high-pressure transmitters rated to 1000 bar for all industrial applications, including hazardous environments and aggressive media such as sour gas, crude oil, pure oxygen and chlorine.

Delta’s 387 and 2HT product ranges have proven and established designs, and can be supplied rapidly to existing specifications and approvals. Bespoke engineered solutions are available and lead times are short for either standard items or low volume specials.

Delta’s model 387 analogue range is a compact, competitive alternative to large conventional transmitters with no loss of performance or accuracy (±0.15%). It is self-supporting, and the stainless steel wetted parts and enclosure eliminating the need for paint or additional protective finishes for applications in hostile environments. Furthermore, the modular design permits the option of wetted parts in Monel and Hastelloy for NACE MR 01-75 applications.

Delta’s SMART model 2HT range features a well-proven thin film diaphragm sensor, providing high accuracy (±0.1% over a wide temperature range), reliable pressure measurement and exceptional long-term stability. The transmitter communicates via the HART® protocol and can be configured and calibrated remotely.

Both the Model 387 and SMART Model 2HT ranges feature compact, robust stainless steel construction combining long life with ease of repair and maintenance, which makes for extremely low cost of ownership. Also easy to install and adjust, they offer a wide choice of process connections. Both models are intrinsically safe and explosionproof approved to ATEX standards and are FM (Factory Mutual) listed.
