Rexroth extends 'whispering' products range
Bosch Rexroth says it has reached the next 'milestone' on its way to
'whispering' hydraulics with the launch at Hanover of its noise-reduced
A10VSO Series 32 medium pressure axial piston pump. The unit joins a
growing family of noise-reduced power units and valves from the company.
The new pump was designed with the benefit of computer-aided modal
analysis, a development tool that allowed Rexroth to optimise components
in terms of noise and vibration reduction, while retaining long service
life. Pressure pulsation has also been reduced and there are improvements
both in terms of cavitation performance and efficiency.
