Typically the 1110 offers important 180º opening and lift-off facilities with enhanced external appearance. Smaller sizes of 1110 in plastic or zinc die (for smaller single door cabinets) are mounted through a door edge cutout with a quick removable hinge pin.
For larger sizes (40mm up) basic specification includes black finished zinc die construction with brass load bearing surfaces for smooth corrosion resistant operation and a choice of six fixing styles. The door-mounted part may be fixed with slide-in removable pin or M10 stud whereas the frame-mounted section has the additional options of M6 countersunk screw or internally formed M6 thread to accept a machine screw. On smaller sizes the doorpost is also retained by the (removable) hinge pin.
Four sizes of 1110 series are available in textured black finish, 26mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm; these accommodate door returns of 16mm, 20mm and 25mm. Where arduous applications are being considered then the stainless steel 1110 variant is available.
