Rittal’s new 1200mm deep TS 8 server rack offers more packing density as well as maximum modularity options. At the heart of the new rack is the tried and tested TS 8 platform which permits highly versatile configuration options thanks to its two-level principle. Other benefits include: scalable baying at all levels due to symmetrical construction; extreme stability up to 1000 kg; very high access security through four-point locking and perfect integration of climate control components.
The perforated front and rear sheet steel doors with a 78% open door surface offer a high air-flow rate and thus effective cooling of the hardware components. Together with a closed roof plate and bolted side panels, the new series of server racks offers protection category up to IP 55 when erected as a stand-alone unit. The TS 8 server racks can so be integrated with Rittal's new HPC high performance cooling systems.
The Rittal TS 8 server rack is available, pre-mounted, in widths of 600 or 800 mm, and heights of 2000 or 2200 mm.
