New from Micromech, the Schneeberger Powertrack linear system comes with integral high-accuracy measuring system, limit switches and linear drive. The system does not require a base-plate and can be easily integrated into a machine. The number of components used have been reduced to a minimum, making it rugged, stable and easy to install. Thanks to their modular form, these low profile drives can be combined for a variety of high performance x-y applications as well as gantry systems.
The basic version offers an analogue measuring system (digital version is an option) and linear drive with forces of 700N or 900N. Travel lengths are available up to 1800mm, speeds up to 3m/s, acceleration up to 50m/s/s and a repeatability of <2 microns.
