Hex head slotted screws - one product, two different ranges

Bulte offers Hex head slotted screws in two material options: fully manufactured from nylon or in 'Plastomet' (plastic with metal inserts) styles.

For the Nylon products the sizes available are M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10 with lengths between 6 and 80mm. The standard material is polyamide 6.6), but they can also be offered in PVDF, PE, PC or PP - and manufactured in all RAL colours.

For the Plastomet products the sizes available are M4, M5, and M6 with lengths between 8 and 30mm. The standard material is black polyamide 6 with steel inserts. Brass or stainless steel is available on request (minimum quantities will apply).

The slotted hex head offers two choices of tightening: a hexagon external drive requiring a spanner or socket, plus a slot requiring a screwdriver.

The extension under the head provides a larger bearing surface to spread the load and thus preserve the work piece. This design also avoids the need for a separate washer.
