Emparro Cap is Murrelektronik's new buffer module for maximum system availability. The module ensures a stable power supply system and guarantees safe industrial processes.

Fully automated production plants experience short-time voltage drops that can interrupt production and incur high costs. Emparro Cap reliably bridges these voltage dips and is easily integrated into new and existing 24Vdc power supply systems.

It offers a buffer time of more than one second, even with a full load of 20A, thanks to its ultra capacitors. Compared with battery based buffers, Emparro Cap is maintenance-free.

Murrelektronik claims that the module offers a five-fold increase in buffer time compared with conventional buffer modules, while taking up a similar cabinet space.

It is suitable for an operating temperature range of -40° to +60°C.
