Powerlock fastener for fast and simple machine frame assembly

To celebrate MiniTec’s first UK exhibition since the German machine building system manufacturer formed its Basingstoke based subsidiary, a competition will be held at the Drives & Controls 2006 event* (NEC May 16-18) to show just how quick and simple it is to assemble its Profile-System with the one-piece Powerlock fastener that requires no pre-drilling or costly preparation.

The competitor who can assemble a small MiniTec Profile-System in the quickest time will get to enjoy some real driving with a Ferrari Experience day out.

The Powerlock fastener is simply inserted into the T-slot of one profile and when correct alignment with the second profile is made, a quick twist of an Allen Key is all that is required to make a secure connection.

MiniTec UK will be showing a wide selection of components from its comprehensive Profile-System range which covers cross-sectional profiles for machine frame applications along with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components for linear motion, conveying, machine guards and workstations.
