Brecoflex StandardPlus timing belts feature improved tooth-pitch accuracy for unsurpassed precision and are now available in shorter lengths to suit positioning applications requiring smaller travel distances. The range has been extended to meet the demand and popularity of this new generation product which offers a competitively priced, precision timing belt system that can match rolled ballscrew accuracy in positioning applications.
The new range now covers minimum belt lengths between 720 mm to 1700 mm and belt pitches T5, T10, AT5 and AT10 in widths of up to 100 mm. Maximum lengths up to 12000 mm are available.
Available exclusively from Transdev in the UK, the new StandardPlus range includes Brecoflex’s unique bifilar, S & Z wound, steel tensioning system which greatly reduces belt run-off and lowers noise levels.
The Standardplus range results from advances in manufacturing and production control techniques that yield improved tooth to tooth pitch accuracy with increased stability over standard range products. Comparative tests carried out by Breco have concluded that accuracy improvement for the StandardPlus belt is between two and a half times and in some cases as much as a seven times better than other manufacturers products.
Like all other Breco timing belts, the Standardplus range can be supplied with reinforced belt backings, special facing material and anti-static coatings. Transdev manufacture a complete range of standard and customised pulleys for the Standardplus range.
