Bollhoff has launched a new range of self-piercing riveting equipment
called Rivset, covering tape- and blow-feed applications. The tape-feed
system has been completely re-designed and is capable of indexing and
setting rivets on a cycle time of just 1.5s, depending on the material
being riveted. The manual and automatic blow-feed systems, meanwhile,
deliver individual rivets to the setting head without damaging any
surface coating. Once a rivet has been set, the next is immediately in
position.
