An open-loop linear actuator for micro-travel applications

The compact P-604 lever actuator has been added to PI’s PiezoMove portfolio. This new linear actuator achieves a travel range of 300µm and is designed for open-loop precision positioning operations.

The P-604 PiezoMove linear actuator is suitable for applications in optics, medicine, biotechnology and microfluidics. It is very compact, measuring just 19.5mm x 13mm x 4.1mm.

PICMA multilayer piezo actuators are the driving force behind the new P-604 lever actuator. They feature an all-ceramic encapsulation, which ensures their robustness and durability.
