A new development from Bighead Bonding Fasteners uses the minimum of
materials to achieve a lightweight, strong and versatile bondable ring
for establishing permanent fastenings in plastics. Bigrings comprise two
or more concentric rings of steel or stainless steel wire with studs,
nuts or collars, accurately fixed at strategic positions, and in any
combination of male, female, threaded or non-threaded, to suit individual
needs.
Bighead maintains a stock of rings from 60mm to 1,000mm diameter (in 10mm
intervals) from which prototype or production quantities can be assembled
to customers' own specifications.
