Wall-Mounting Enclosures In Aluminium

TEKO's 'TEKAL' range of aluminium instrument cases is now available in wall mountable versions. These attractive and tough enclosures have been designed for fast installation of the electronics and easy mounting to a wall or machine. Typical applications will include test and measurement equipment, monitoring systems, security devices, building control, radio systems etc.

The 'TEKAL' cases consist of an extruded aluminium case body with two tough ABS end panels which now feature wall mounting lugs on the new models. The end panels are assembled by four self-tapping screws. The case extrusion includes a series of internal guide rails for mounting the PCBs.

Two colour combinations are offered: the case extrusions are painted with fine texture powder paint in either off-white or black, and the ABS end panels are light grey or dark grey respectively. Three standard sizes are offered: 106 mm wide x 46 mm high in lengths of 110, 145 and 175 mm.

A recessed area on both sides of the case extrusion can be used for mounting membrane keypads or product labels. The ABS end panels are also recessed for keypads, or to protect the connectors and switches.

TEKO can supply the 'TEKAL' enclosures with additional holes for push-buttons, connectors and displays etc., plus silk-screen printed legends and logos. The cases can also be painted in alternative colours. Standard prices start at £11.
