The angled connector block facilitates connectionto a PCB in situations where there may be limited overhead or sideways access, and in any application where an angled connection to the PCB isneeded due to the physical constraints of the design.
Aimed at OEMs, CEMs, PCB assemblers, kitters and end users, the 45 degreeblock uses a simple and effective, plug-in style of connection that allows quick connection and disconnection without tools. For versatility, the connectors are available in two pitch sizes; 5.08mm and10.16mm, and with a choice of open or closed ends for when the blocks areused end to end. All variations are rated at 16A. The smaller, 5.08mm pitch size blocks are rated at 450V, and the 10.16mm pitch blocks are ratedat 750V, and they are test voltage rated at 2.5kVeff/60s (EN60998-1) and3kVeff/60s(EN60998-1) respectively.
The PI series terminal blocks are available in 2 - 24 poles variants in5.08mm pitch, and 2 12 poles in 10.16mm pitch. For good conductivity andresistance to corrosion, the terminals are tin-plated copper. The terminal blocks are for use in working temperatures of up to 125 degrees C and aresupplied in the popular standard green colour.

The PI series is available ex stock now from Switchtec and in common withthe vast majority of Euroclamp products, is RoHS compliant.
