Rittal's RiBox housings provide a desktop or 482.6mm(19-inch) rack mountable simple enclosure system for minimal 6U Euroboards.
Available in 1U and 2U options, the instrument cases are formed from aluminium covers, which locate into the extruded sides, front and rear. Held together by four screws assembly of the complete box is both quick and easy.
The cases are prepared for EMC shielding, which can be enhanced with an add-on gasket set. The 482.6mm (19-inch) version has an extended front panel to provide the mounting ears. Cut-out and internal mounting for a 6U Euroboard is also an option.
Enclosures can be customised with a plastic film overlay finish to the front panel or to all surfaces, with pre-cut holes in the front panel, design and mounting of backplanes as well as power and cooling.
