The new HI-BAR safety screens are compliant with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 and are designed to offer exceptional corrosion resistance and extreme strength for challenging, harsh duty applications found in the oil and gas industries.
Their rugged, one piece design enables the screens to withstand pressure differentials up to 7,500psi without rupture. Also, their excellent resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking make them also suitable for other hostile environment applications, such as chemical and food processing, medical and marine industries.
They are available in six different flange sizes and eight different hole sizes, ranging from 0.002in to 0.020in in diameter although custom designs are available to suit specific application requirements.
