Programmable dc power supply range is extended

TDK Corporation has extended its TDK-Lambda Z+ Series of programmable DC power supplies with the addition of the lower power Z+200 range, offering the same flexibility and features as the higher power Z+400 range.

These 200W units address the need for high quality bench-top power supplies for the R&D environment, as well as being suitable for ATE and OEM rack mounted or integrated applications.

Models in the 200W Z+ Series are available with output voltages up to 100Vdc and output currents up to 20A; they operate in constant current and constant voltage modes and accept a wide ranging 85 to 265Vac input. Higher power systems can be achieved by connecting up to 6 identical units in parallel with active current sharing. To increase the output voltage or to provide a bipolar output, up to 2 units may be connected in series.

CE marked in accordance with the Low Voltage Directive, the Z+200 conducted and radiated EMI conforms to EN55022-B, FCC part-15-B, VCCI-B. Safety approvals include UL/EN/IEC61010-1. All models carry a 5-year warranty.
